1. Each course is tailored to the needs of the group and facilitated by David himself.
2. Participants will be given the tools to assess how they are currently breathing and what effect that is having on them - good or bad.
3. We will look at sleep, stress and digestion: all keys to good health.
4. I show them how to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep throughout the night.
5. I show them how breathing in a certain way actually makes them more anxious and give them the tools to bring THEMSELVES out of anxiety.
6. I show them how to stay calm and focused while in a meeting or doing a presentation.

3. These exercises can be done at any time, & no-one needs to know so they can do before a zoom meeting or presentation to ensure they have better brain function and operate at their highest level.
