1. The first thing I do is give you an overview of the course and how you, as a parent, can help your child reduce anxiety, sleep better, and increase the ability to focus in school.
2. For any course to work, we need your child to enjoy it, and to see the benefits, so the first
thing we do is show them how breathing correctly can help with their schoolwork, sporting performance and, crazy as it sounds, even make them look more attractive!
3. I show them how to assess
where they are at with their breathing and explain how all other mammals breathe.
4. I give them fun games to play to help build their breathing muscles.
5. I show them how to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep throughout the night.
6. I show them how breathing in a certain way actually makes them more anxious and give them the tools to bring THEMSELVES out of anxiety.
7. I show them how to stay calm before an exam and while in the
exam.
1. Once your child has learnt the skills, it is an upward spiral as their health and wellbeing improves.
2. They will have the tools they need to live a fuller life, building a better immune system and become a calmer more relaxed child.
3. These exercises can be done at any time, & no-one needs to know, so they can even do them in school when they feel under
pressure.
4. They will become more in control of their emotions.
