I have been where you are now, I have met some fantastic people who have guided me out of my anxiety, I had no idea the impact they would have on me, not only me, but the people around me.  I have put everything I have learn and am devoting my life to helping others the way I was once helped. I have worked with thousands of people teaching them what was once shown to me.

Here is how I can help you; I first assess how you are breathing; our breath impacts everything we do. When you are anxious your breath shows it.

Then I show you how the way you are breathing is leading you into anxiety

Lastly, I give you some simple tools to support you back to a more relaxed way of being, living a fuller life, a life that you want to live instead of have to live.

    I took part in one of David’s courses in a bid to improve my sports performance. I was not expecting to also learn about managing anxiety, stress and poor sleep. I can say without reservation that I have benefitted massively from the various exercises and continue to do them morning and night as well as periodically during the day when feing anxious or stressed and they really work! I am much calmer as a reault. It has also taught me to never take my breath for granted. Thank you DT.
