“Image how different your life would be if you could just get a good night’s sleep” Sleep is key to so many things in life and without it we struggle, a good night’s sleep may be closer than you think.

“Poor sleep leaves you feeling stressed, unfocused and just dreading the day ahead. You can’t function at your best if you are not well rested and what chance is there of that if your mind is racing at all hours of the morning.

We need air, water, food, and sleep, without sleep we are slowing down, this is no way to live.

“So much of the quality of our life is determined by the quality of our sleep, the frustration of wanting so much to just have one good night’s sleep can play havoc with our lives.

You shouldn’t have to live like.

I used to struggle to get to sleep, then when I did, I would wake at 3am. I would be awake for about an hour then fall into a restless sleep only to be woken in the morning by the alarm going off and I would hit the snooze only to have to get up 20 minutes later feeling low and fatigued.

Here is how I can help you; I first assess how you are breathing; do you snore, wake with a dry mouth. knowing this will give me the answers to why you struggle with sleep. That’s not the whole story but it’s where I will start.

Then I show you how the way you are breathing, your snoring or that dry feeling in your mouth all play a part in why you are not getting a good night’s sleep. There is more to it than that, but we need to start at the beginning

Lastly, I give you some simple tools to support you back into falling into a deep restful sleep. And once we do that it’s an upward spiral of increase energy, focus and wellbeing. Your body heals as it sleeps you will be amazed how your life will change if you get a good night’s sleep.
