“We are not meant to live in stress, we’re just not! You have learnt to cope in a way that is doing you no good at all, lets change that”
Are you living with stress on a daily basis? Are you stressed at work? Do you have a sense of impending doom on a Sunday night because it is all starting over again?
What if there was a way out?
What if you could enjoy your Sunday from start to finish without the thought of the stress of the week approaching?
Wouldn’t it be lovely to enjoy your free time? Enjoy quality time with your family? And dare I say it… enjoy work???
We all know stress shortens life expectancy and causes many health issues and not only that but it has a derogatory effect on relationships. When we are with family, we are worried about work when we are at work, we are worried about our family and the stress just builds and builds
We experience stress from all directions these days! The internet makes you feel that you should be living life in a certain way. But you know what… THAT is not real. Wouldn’t it be nice to live your life without STRESS?
“You can’t give from an empty cup, and you can’t function at your best if you are stressed all the time, you suffer but so do those around you”
You shouldn’t be living like this, you were not born like this,
it’s time to move on and find a strategy for dealing with your stress.
I am a breath coach. I teach people how to breathe better.
I have done this with sports people for 20 (?) years. Since the pandemic, I started to apply my teaching to people with anxiety.
Here’s what they said…
I will show you how to apply breathing techniques to manage your anxiety.
We will do an analysis of where you are now.
Identify areas that could be improved.
Devise a plan that can be practised in your home, every day.
We will monitor your improvements.
I will guide you and give you techniques to see you living a happier, healthier life.
We have all tried to reduce stress and it hasn’t worked before. What if the answer was within you the whole time. Let me guide you through some exercises that can be used every day for the rest of your life, or even just when they’re needed.
